Why is my product out of stock (showing 0 inventory)?
The OGO app can update the quantities of your products live. From time to time, a particular colour, size or product may go out of stock for a number of reasons
- The manufacturer is temporarily out of stock of the product (most common)
- The manufacturer has discontinued the product suddenly. This is uncommon but can happen. We'll notify sellers via email if this happens.
When a particular variant is out of stock, OGO will automatically change the inventory to '0'.
When an item is in stock, the inventory will show '1000'.
