I can't open the OGO App in Shopify (Connection Refused)
If you've been trying to access the Shopify App but it shows 'Connection Refused'
Fix 1: Try a New Browser or Clear your Cookies/Re-login:
First, try to open the app using a completely new browser. Ie, if you are using Chrome, try login in to Shopify and the app using Firefox or Internet Explorer. We don't recommend Safari Browser at this time due to some cookie issues affecting account logins.
Fix 2: Re-authenticate/Re-install the app @ https://dev2.ogo.com.au
If the browser solution doesn't work, try the following:
Head over to https://dev2.ogo.com.au/ and go through the installation steps again to re-authenticate your store. This should be a once-off fix.
