Why have I been billed by OGO? My customer has already paid

It's important to understand that there are 2 fully separate transactions happening:

1) Your customer pays you the retail price & shipping (which you've set up in your Shopify store).

2) You pay us the price for fulfilling the order & shipping (your securely stored credit card is updated in your Billing section of the OGO app).

In other words, your customer pays you on your Shopify store and that is where your profit is. Once a customer pays you for your product, the order gets automatically sent to us then we charge you for order fulfilment + shipping.
