I see "OGO - Australian Print on Demand cancelled fulfilment via Ogo Print on Demand" - What does that mean?

In short, everything is ok! Your order has not been cancelled.

It is common to see the following entry in your Order's log

This can often cause confusion. The 'cancelled fulfilment via' message is normal in the fulfilment process of your order. Rest assured, your order is not actually been cancelled but is actually confirms it is in production.

The entry is required due to how Shopify's API works with OGO. We are working with Shopify to make the terminology more clear and less confusing.
