Creating and ordering a Custom Products

The OGO print-on-demand app for Shopify works primarily for premade designs, which you upload to the app and create products with. In general, this does not allow for on-the-fly customisation by customers on your website (also known as web-to-print).

The OGO App does provide a feature where sellers can submit orders with custom items that have customised designs - without having to go through the process of creating the product beforehand.

This feature is known as the 'Add custom item' feature, found in the OGO App's Order Tab -> 'Create Order'.
