How do I pick up an order from OGO?
COVID-19 UPDATE: Pickups from OGO's Ferntree Gully office are temporarily ON HOLD due to restrictions. All orders must be shipped via Auspost. We apologies for any inconvenience.
OGO caters for pick-ups for store owners only. The pickup option is not available for your customers to pick up directly from the OGO headquarters.
To have an order set to pick-up, you must select a shipping method with the word 'Pick Up' in its title.
Please do not leave 'Notes' - as these are not communicated to the OGO Customer Support team. Notes are there for store owners only.

- Pick Up is free (no extra shipping cost)
- Please select a shipping method with the title "Pick Up"
- Once the order is ready, the OGO team will be in touch with pick up details
