How do I pick up an order from OGO?

OGO offers for pick-ups for store owners only (sample orders, etc). 

Unfortunately, the pickup option is unavailable for customers to pick up directly from the OGO headquarters.

To have an order set to pick-up, select a shipping method with the word 'Pick Up' in its title.

Please do not leave 'Notes' - as these are not communicated to the OGO Customer Support team. Notes are there for store owners only.

  • Pick Up is available for store owners only
  • Pick Up is free (no extra shipping cost)
  • Please select a shipping method with the title "Pick Up"
  • Once the order is ready, the OGO team will be in touch with pick up details
  • All pickups from OGO's Ferntree Gully headquarters
