No status or tracking for International OGO orders?

Unfortunately, international orders (any country outside Australia) are not updated with status or tracking details in Shopify or the OGO app.

The OGO team is working with the DHL development team to provide automatic updates and tracking details asap.

OGO sellers can request an update and tracking details 5 days after the order has been placed.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
