What happens if I duplicate an OGO product in the Shopify Admin?

Simply, duplicating a product that was originally created by the OGO App will create a new product in your Shopify store that is NOT LINKED to OGO.

The newly duplicated product is not connected in any way to the OGO App or fulfilment system. Therefore, any orders with the newly duplicated product will not be monitored, invoiced or fulfilled by OGO.

Only ORIGINAL PRODUCTS created by the OGO App are linked to OGO for fulfilment.
