How do I contact OGO Support?

OGO provides support via email at

Email is OGO's main and only official support channel, allowing all support requests to be logged effectively and efficiently. Each email creates a support ticket that enables all team members to provide support.

Live Chat is available when an operator is online. When open, you can access Live Chat via the Website and the OGO App by clicking the small widget on the bottom left-hand corner.

OGO's Facebook Messenger service is available for basic questions but not an official support channel. Any questions relating to orders and stores should be directed to email.
