Why aren't my Shopify POS orders being fulfilled?

Unfortunately, Shopify POS is not compatible with most print-on-demand apps, including OGO's.

Shopify POS has been developed to be used as a customer-facing app, for products and services that are redeemed in person. For this reason, Shopify POS does not allow a Shipping Address to be entered.

The OGO app requires a Shipping Address (not billing or just the address recorded in the customer's account details). If there is no Shipping Address, we can not process the order.

You can not add a shipping address to the 'Notes' section of the order, as our app does not read the notes.

The alternative is the place orders through the normal Shopify Orders page or the OGO App's Orders page.
