I have my own items that I sell. What happens when its part of an order with OGO products??

If you have your own items that you manage (ie, those you stock and send them out yourself), OGO will skip those items. If an order contains an item from your own inventory, and some OGO products (those created by the OGO Shopify app), our service will only fulfil the OGO products and leave yours entirely.

The OGO app will individually mark OGO products as ‘fulfilled’, leave the rest to you
You will still be invoiced for the OGO products and also the shipping for those products.
