The OGO App is not loading on my Shopify Store

If you are trying to load the app in your Shopify Dashboard, and its coming out with a Connection Error or a Blank screen, please try the following:

First Step: Please head to and reinstall the app. This will install the latest version for Shopify and fixes most issues. Your previous settings and products are saved.

Secondly: Try using a new browser with cleared cookies/cache. This usually fixes the OGO/Shopify link

If that fails, please contact us at and we’ll investigate further.

Safari/Apple users: There may be some issues currently with Apple's new cookie system, not allowing the OGO app to load. Please try using the app in another browser or PC Desktop. A fix is currently being investigated
