When are Shopify orders fulfilled?

When an order on Shopify has the status 'paid', the OGO app will automatically download the order and send it for processing and invoicing.

All other order statuses are ignored, including but not limited to

If the order status was 'paid' but changed at a later date (ie refunded), it may still be fulfiled as our system grabs orders every 10-15 minutes.
